went to bodyshop today to buy things as my sis has 20% discount. as me and my sis shop, we counted the total amt to be $71.. when u spend $69 and above u will be given free gift pack..
when i went to make payment, the total amt only come up to $50 plus.. weird.. so i took out another item and pay $35..
i check the receipt and found that the young girl had keyed an item that cost $16 twice and nv take into account the item that cost $32! wow.. i could hav jolly well walk out and let her top up the rest but i did not..
i told her abt it and she ask an old one to reverse the double keying.. and then she issue a 2nd receipt to me, where i pay another $36.. so total i pay $71 lorx!
but that obasan say total only $57 and she was kind enuff to give us 2 chops(Every $30 spent entitled u to a chop).. f her..
she tot she's right and she actually ask the young girl to explain to me the receipt.. auntie u noe what line i'm in not.. i see figure even bigger than wat u do everyday man..
the girl tried to explain but find that she couldnt and i say:"let me explain to u instead.."
i show her by adding up all amt and take 80% of the total, then ask her to add up the amt from the 2 receipts.. equal $71..
the old 1 see we take so long to settle actually call another malay girl to look into it.. seriously lei.. did u noe maths, simple percentage? do u noe how to use calculator? and most importantly u are the 1 who receive my money and u duno how much u took.. wat the hell..
the young girl finally understand and she explain to the malay girl.. ya that's smt so easy that i hav to spend 30min explaining to them how to get the total of $71..
my sis asked:" did they ever pass their maths?"
as the old 1 is busy with other customers, the malay girl ask if she can keep the receipts for record, i told her:" pls take it and explain to ppl who dun understand.."
luckily i'm in a gd mood tt day.. who can tahan talking reason with these stubborn ppl for 30 min! the young girl say sorry for wasting my time.. i shd ask the old 1 to say tt too.. kns..
i got my free gift pack, not tt it's really fabulous but i'm supposed to have it and i must fight for it..
